PCN Strategies knows the best source of qualified candidates is you. In order to show our gratitude we offer a bonus for each candidate you refer. You may refer anyone to PCN Strategies as long as they are not currently in the database or have been contacted within the past 12 months. Once we have received the necessary information regarding you and your candidate the process will begin.

PCN Strategies provides clients with the ability to be fluid and fast in the technology field. We put our clients in touch with more than 100,000 candidates that exist in our database. We are always looking to increase this number and offer a reward to individuals outside of PCN Strategies to help us achieve our goals.

There is also no limit to the number of candidates you can refer to us.

In order to receive payment, a candidate must be placed in a position for at least 6 months

The Process:

• » To refer someone simply send the referred candidate's resume to our recruiters at jobs@pcnstrategies.com with “Referral” in the subject line along with your contact information.
• » Once received, our recruiters will be in contact with the candidate, and if the candidate meets our client’s requirements and is placed in a position you will be eligible for the bonus.
