Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems
PCN Strategies is teamed with Wyle Information Systems as one of five prime contractors under PMSS2 for the Army's Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information 
Systems (PEO-EIS), to provide Program Management Support Services to program managers, project managers and organizational elements within the PEO-EIS spectrum. The PMSS2 contracting vehicle is used to provide the full range of life cycle support services, i.e., program management support services, advisory and consulting services and other information technology-related services, required by the PEO-EIS headquarters, directorates, and project/product offices, in support of various missions, and command, control, and communications activities.
The nine functional areas covered by the PMSS2 contract vehicle are:

- Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
- Information Systems Security
- Contingency Planning
- Physical Security
- Enterprise Design, Integration & Consolidation
- Systems Operation and Maintenance
- Integrated Logistics Support
- Other Information Technology Service
